The guidelines below assume the Partner will use Prism’s Reference App available on TestFlight and will get consent from each user to run the trial. This means that any data collected during the trial will not be available in the Partner’s production environment once live.

Partner Trial Checklist
- [ ] Agree to and sign Prism’s API Evaluation Agreement.
- [ ] Define testing trial length and coordinate about the plan with Prism. Dates to be defined:
- [ ] Trial start date/date when TestFlight events are sent.
- [ ] Trial end date
- [ ] Revocation of TestFlight access date
- [ ] Deletion of user data date (if desired by the Partner)
- [ ] Create a User Consent Agreement that every participant needs to sign before the trial starts. Template can be found below:

Analytics & Data Collection
- [ ] Confirm data types provided by the technology provider:
- Whole body composition (body fat %) from various methods/algorithms.
- Body circumference measurements.
- 3D body scan (mesh) and visual locations of circumference measurements.
- User engagement data (number of scans and dates).
- [ ] Confirm the cadence for data reporting (weekly, monthly, or as required).
- [ ] Track engagement data during the first month:
- Number of successful scans per user.
- Assess drop-off rates and determine if further nudges are needed.
Open Questions
- [ ] Confirm the ability to share the "Do & Don't Guide" from the company email (link provided).
- [ ] Verify the frequency of data collection and how soon data can be delivered.
- [ ] Provide legal language and user consent regarding data collection, use, and storage.
- [ ] Confirm the app is only available on specific devices (e.g., iPhone XR and iOS 15 or later), and clarify unsupported devices.
